Setup Steps — Order Notifier

Follow the steps below to install, configure, and start using the Order Notifier WooCommerce plugin.

1. Login to your Order Notifier Dashboard.
2. On the Overview page, click Plugin and then click the WooCommerce logo to download the plugin ZIP file.
3. Login to your WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Choose the Order Notifier ZIP file → Click Install Now.
4. Go to Order Notifier Dashboard → WhatsApp → Add Account → Select WordPress → Link Account → Copy your WhatsApp Unique ID.
5. Open the Order Notifier Plugin in WordPress → API Settings → Paste the WhatsApp Unique ID → Save.
6. In Order Notifier Dashboard, go to API Keys → Add Key → Enter any name → Submit → Copy your API Key.
7. In WordPress plugin → API Settings → Paste the API Key in the API Key field.
8. Copy the Webhook URL from the plugin API Settings.
9. Go to Order Notifier Dashboard → Webhooks → Add Webhook → Enter any name → Select event (WhatsApp) → Paste the Webhook URL → Submit → Copy the Webhook Secret.
10. In WordPress plugin → API Settings → Paste the Webhook Secret → Click Save API Settings.
11. Go to Message Templates → Enable Suborder SMS Notifications → Enable required order statuses → Use default templates or customize using keywords → Save settings.
12. Check message activity in the Usage Logs section.
13. Track messages and package usage from the Dashboard.
